New York City Salons included a special private backstage tour of the Metropolitan Opera House and a performance of Turandot featuring Luciano Pavarotti, cooking lesson at Vong's Restaurant, a viewing of a TV producers favorite documentaries at ABC Television, a visit to the New York studios of NPR where we sat in on a live performance being aired, dinner with Bobby Short at the Cafe Carlyle, and an opening night ticket to The Lion King.
